KATHMANDU, January 31: Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal met on Tuesday morning.
It was learned that Rabbi Lamichhane requested Prime Minister Dahal to bring him back to the Home Ministry. However, Prime Minister Dahal was not positive about Lamichhane’s return as home minister, according to the sources.
After the Supreme Court declared Lamichhane’s Nepali citizenship illegal and scrapped his parliamentary position, Lamichhane has been meeting with both the Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli.
It was learned that Lamichhane has been lobbying Prime Minister Dahal through Oli.
