The sheriff’s department is now searching for two missing hikers on Mount Baldy
On Sunday January 22nd, Sheriff’s Search and Rescue and Fontana Sheriff’s Station personnel were requested to search for missing hiker Jin Chung.
Chung initially carpooled with two others to Mount Baldy but separated from them when they arrived, with the understanding that they would meet at the vehicle at 2 p.m.
The other hikers returned safely but Chung has not been seen or heard from.
