Fulham are in talks with Arsenal over a potential deal for Cedric.
Marco Silva worked with Cedric at Sporting Lisbon in 2014–15, and Fulham The Portuguese full-back feels he will add experience and quality.

The 31-year-old has struggled for game time this season and has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal.
Cedric joined Arsenal from Southampton in 2020 and has made 59 appearances for the club since moving to north London three years ago.
However, since the arrival of Takehiro Tomiyasu and the emergence of Ben White as first-choice right-back, the former Sporting Lisbon and Inter Milan defender has seen his opportunities become extremely limited.
The Arsenal defender, who was part of the Portugal side that won the European Championship in 2016, has made just two appearances in all competitions so far this season.
