Adam RichThe man who starred in the massive hit, “It’s Enough,” has died … TMZ has learned.
A family member tells TMZ … Adam died Saturday at his LA area home. Family members are not disclosing the cause of death, but a law enforcement source tells TMZ that someone came to his home and found him lifeless. The law enforcement source adds … it was not foul play.
Adam played the younger son Nicholas Bradford in “It’s Enough.” The series ran from 1977-1981.
He also had other credits including “Code Red” in 1981 and “Dungeons & Dragons” in 1983.
Adam made VH1’s Top 100 Kid Stars list, coming in at #73.
He retired from show business in the 80s because he said he didn’t like the glare of the spotlight or, for that matter, anything associated with celebrity.
Adam began acting at Chatsworth High School in the San Fernando Valley. His drama teacher also taught him Kevin Spacey, Val Kilmer and other great artists.
Sadly, Adam had a substance abuse problem, which resulted in his 1991 arrest for breaking a pharmacy window in an attempt to obtain drugs. was released on bail by Dick Van Patten, her TV dad on “It’s Enough.” He also had other legal problems.

Adam was 54 years old. RIP
