With the formation of the new government, the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance has been transferred. The government has appointed Toyam Raya as Finance Secretary and Ram Prasad Ghimire as Revenue Secretary.
Finance Secretary Krishnahari Pushkar was transferred and brought in Raya. Deputy Prime Minister Paudel chose Raya. Raya, secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, is a cadre of the Ministry of Finance. Raya has experience working in Revenue and Customs. The secretaries were transferred in the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Thursday.
