Prince Harry He is openly talking about his relationship with her Older brother Prince Williamheir to the British throne, and how he thinks his late mother will react to the brothers’ highly publicized rift.
“I think she’s going to be sad,” Harry said, according to a new clip of the interview released Thursday. “I think he’s been looking at it long enough to know that there are things we have to go through to be able to heal the relationship.”
He added that “I have felt my mother’s presence more in the last two years than I have in the last 30 years.”
Diana died in August 1997 after a car accident in Paris, France.
The full interview will air on Monday”GMA“The day before the book’s January 10 release.
“In the end, what this is all about, I don’t think we can have peace with my family until the truth is out,” Harry said in an interview that aired on Monday.
Harry said first that the memoir is “the first account of my life that is accurate and completely true.”
