Filming for the upcoming Nepali film “Ghar Jwai,” which stars Dayahang Rai and Miruna Magar, has begun.
According to the producer, Janak Gharti Magar, the shooting of the film started on Saturday at Laguma in East Rukum. The film will be shot at Laguma, Taksera, Dhorpatan and other locations in East Rukum. The film has a schedule of around 35 days.
In addition to Dayahang and Miruna, the cast of the film also includes Buddhi Tamang, Sishir Bangdel, Puskar Gurung, Raj Thapa, Kabita Ale, Shila Ale, Anu Thapa, Beena Thapa Magar, Kha Ba Pu Pun, Bibesh Budha Magar, Sunil Magar, and others.
The story of the film, which will be produced under the banner of GM Movies Production, is directed by Anil Budha Magar, while Subhash Koirala and Binod Khatiwada have assisted him in writing the screenplay and dialogues.
The film, which features choreography by Ramji Lamichhane, lyrics and music by Harak Saud and Manoj Thapa, and cinematography by Sushan Prajapati, is being distributed internationally by MSM Entertainment. In Nepal, the distribution rights have been taken over by Rohit Kattel and Ratna Shrestha of RR Films. According to director Anil Budha Magar, the movie, which will be screened on Asadh 28, was closely inspired by Magar culture.
