Tourism Secretary’s instructions: If the corporation wants to add ships, make a business plan

Magh 9, Kathmandu. Suresh Adhikari, Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, has directed Nepal Airlines Corporation to prepare a clear ‘business plan’.

On Monday, in a program organized to welcome the new Minister of Tourism, Sudan Kirati, he instructed to make a clear business plan if the ship is to be bought. “Yes, the corporation needs a ship, but first make a business plan,” he said.

He directed that any airline company should focus on flights and give priority to air flights.

He said that there was no discussion about handing over the ground handling to other companies and that the corporation would get it. However, he says that the corporation should focus on flights.
