KATHMANDU, April 1: In the upcoming House of Representatives by-election, the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has given tickets to three people in public. Holding a press conference at the party office, the party handed out the bid tickets to Rabi Lamichhane for Chitwan-2, Ramesh Kharel for Bara-2 and Swarnim Wagle for Tanahun-1.
On one occasion, the party’s chairman, Rabbi Lamichhane, said that it is an honor for the party to have people like Ramesh Kharel and Swarnim Wagle present.
