Korea Football Association to pay Nepalese football coach’s salary

Kathmandu, March 16

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) and Korea Football Association (KFA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide financial assistance to ANFA to cover the salary of Nepalese football coach Vincenzo Alberto Annese.

ANFA Secretary General Kiran Rai and KFA Secretary General Hanjin Chun signed the agreement on the sidelines of the 73rd FIFA Congress in Kigali, Rwanda.

Under the agreement, KFA will help ANFA cover Annese’s salary.

Annese was appointed as the football coach of Nepal for the fourth meeting of the executive committee of ANFA on March 1. signed a one-year contract.

Annese will coach Nepal when they play the Prime Minister’s Cup Tri Nations Cup against Bhutan and Laos from March 22-31 at Dasharath Stadium.
