KATHMANDU, March 10: The Nepalese government has submitted a recommendation to promote five Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) to the position of Additional Inspector General (AIG).
The people recommended for the promotion are Basanta Bahadur Kubar, Tek Prasad Rai, Deepak Thapa, Shyam Lam Gyawali and Kiran Bajracharya.
If approved, these five people will be promoted to the rank of AIG in the Nepal police force.
The decision of his promotion was made by the government based on his performance and dedication to his duties. This move is expected to boost morale among the police force and increase the efficiency of law enforcement in the country.
