The Electoral Commission says the candidates for the nepali presidential election they need to wrap up their election campaigns by tonight as per the electoral code of conduct.
Ram Chandra Paudel of the Congress of Nepal and Subas Chandra Nembang of the CPN-UML are competing for the first place in the country in the elections this Thursday.
In the previous two days, the commission prohibited them from carrying out any activity to solicit votes from members of the electoral college made up of federal and provincial legislators.
The results of the presidential election are expected to be released on the same Thursday night.
